Day 4

I start to feel a little energyc although It's 4 days without coffee. Weight this morning was again 60kg so it was my real weight
Today at work I had training. Technical guy (aka fatass) disarmed the hydraulic torc machines and showed us how they work. I learn new things which is always nice. The bad about my day was that I should not do every food or snack right on time so I felt a little hungry and it made my headache worse. I should not also drink 8 glass of water, I had just 6.

Food today:
Breakfast: smoothie with strawberries, kiwi, blueberries and aotmeal.
Morning snack: green tea, puffed rice cake, apple.
Lunch: baked chicken with pumpkin and cooked carrot. Strawberries.
Afternoon snack: kiwi
Lunch: beef steak, tomato and sauteed spinach with onions and lemon.

It was just 1204 calories and nutrient balance score is 72/100. I just did 30 minutes of bike

Tomorrow I will have again busy day with more training and I also have to train new sellers. After work I have some festival so I guess I'll get home hungry and tired.

A good thing about today: I sold the most expensive item from my shop  Already earned 625 usd from sales and 467 saved in my bank account.
