I started to germinate the beans. I let them in water last night then today I rinsed the beans many times to remove the inhibitors. After that I put them in a jar which has tulle fabric in the top so that the rest of the water can drain. I cover them so they won't have light.
8 hours later I did the same and the mung beans are already growing!
I have to keep rinsing the beans every 8-9 hours, draining the water and cover them again. I think 1 or 2 more days and they will be ready to eat.
I also did some butter with walnuts, cashew nuts and almonds. It's really easy to do, healthy and you can have it in the fridge for weeks.
I also cooked beans and quinoa to make salads for dinner and tomorrow lunch with grilled chicken.
I took a shower then I did my beauty routine. Now I'm writing while I let the nailpolish dries up.
