The weights are fixed! It drained the water its had inside, which I found it was not so much, so yesterday I started to do squats using the weights. I can feel now how my muscles are working, it seems that body weight or 8lbs russian weight were not enough for me. I'm using 14lbs and I started with 2 series of 15 repetitions. If my muscles don't hurt tomorrow then I'll do 3 series and so on, but I want to start slowly so as not to hurt the muscles because I want to do squats every day :)
