Bikini Body Guide week 6

I did Arms and Abs. Very hard day, I can hold abs exercises very weel but not arms. I do as much repetitions as I can. I already did half guide so I'm not stopping it because arms. I think I will repeat this same guide when I finish it instead start the BBG 2.
I'm sure tomorrow abs will hurts, sickness makes me very weak
