ok what I just did was stupid as hell. Today I just ate a banana and I had 3 coffee with some cookies. That was all my food then when I got home I tried to do my workout. It's was very hot, I didn't drink enought water because I was very busy to even remember it. I couldn't finish the 2nd serie of exercises because my muscles got exhauted. Was idiot trying to do workout without eat. I stopped then I got pizza because today is Friday! pizza day !!! Tomorrow I will have food and repeat this workout day again.
